Which high chair does the cushion fit?
Please check the exact model named on the product page — our cushions are made to fit specific chairs (for example the Stokke® Tripp Trapp® or the Hauck Alpha+). Fit matters, so match your chair before ordering, and message us if you're not sure.
Does it fit the chair with the baby set / baby rail?
Most of our cushions fit the chair with or without the baby set, but this varies by model and chair version. The product page states which setup it's designed for — if you have the baby attachment, tell us and we'll confirm before you order.
Does the cushion have holes for the harness straps?
If your high chair's set includes safety harness straps, just select the 'Add slits' option when ordering — we'll sew your cushion set with slits cut for the straps. If you don't select this option, the cushions will be made without harness slits.
Will it slip around when my child sits down?
No — the cushion ties onto the chair at the back and seat so it stays put during meals. A secure, close fit is exactly what we design for.
Is it a two-piece set (seat + backrest)?
Yes — our high chair cushions always come as a full two-piece set, with both a seat pad and a backrest pad included, whether it's a baby size or a junior size.
What is it made of, and is it easy to clean?
Soft, non-toxic cotton, OEKO-TEX® certified. It's machine-washable on a cold gentle cycle (and wipes down quickly between meals) — because mealtimes are messy and cushions should be easy to keep fresh.
Can I get a matching pattern or custom fabric?
Yes — we love custom requests. Message us about a specific colour or print and we'll let you know what's possible.
How long until my order is made?
Because every piece is handmade, please allow a production time of 1–3 business days before your order ships. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once it's on its way — full timings are in our Shipping Policy.
What's your returns policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in their original condition. If anything arrives not quite right, reach out and we'll make it right. You can read the full terms in our Refund Policy.
