All the products we sell are handmade in our small workshop in Ukraine. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the terms below before requesting a return.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How to request a return

Email us at hellolittlefox1@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted or refunded.

Once your return has been approved, please ship the item back within 14 days.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and odors, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may be refused or may qualify for only a partial refund, depending on their condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

• Change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or item no longer needed: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. As our workshop is located in Ukraine, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. A refund can only be issued once we receive the returned package. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Defective items, items damaged in transit, or incorrect items received: We cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Custom-made items

Some of our products are cut and sewn specifically for you—for example, curtains or canopies made to measurements you provide in your order notes or agree with us by email, or items made using a fabric or color sourced at your request. These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, as they cannot be resold.

Our product pages clearly indicate when an item is custom-made. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom

If your order is delivered to the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, email us at hellolittlefox1@gmail.com within those 14 days, then return the item within the following 14 days. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you originally paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

This right does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, as described above.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If you would prefer a direct exchange, please contact us, and we will do our best to arrange it. Please bear in mind that the replacement will be made and shipped from Ukraine, which will increase the waiting time.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require a few additional days to credit the funds to your account.

Please note that our store is integrated with the Western Bid™ platform, so your refund will appear on your statement as “WESTERN BID.”

Customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees charged by your country are determined by local authorities and cannot be refunded by us. In some countries, you may be able to request a refund of these charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Undelivered or refused packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, we will refund the item price minus the actual shipping costs incurred in both directions.

We will be happy to resend your package if you cover the cost of the new shipment.
